I was re-watching a Tony Robins video the other day and I am finally able to answer a question I was given more accurately.
“Write a list of feelings you don’t want to feel.”
Off the bat this sounded presumptuous, and maybe a bit harmful. Supressing and invalidating your own feelings can be dangerous in the long run. It was clarified, however, that what should be listed are a result of your own actions, not natural responses to life.
So here it goes:
What I don’t want to feel, or actively work against engendering is “…the feeling that I have no choice but continue to waste time; a fear of boredom keeping me bound to immediate distraction. The feeling of no other option but procrastination.”
